Terms of Service

The Mayor · MehyarSoft LLC
Updated October 3, 2026

The Mayor is a business workspace operated by MehyarSoft LLC. These product terms supplement our company Terms of Service. They describe how you may use The Mayor and its connected services. A separate written service agreement, if you have one, governs the services it covers.

Your account and authority

Use an account you control. Connect a business or third-party service only if you have authority to grant the requested access. Keep account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the business information, scheduling rules and permissions you provide.

Working with The Mayor

The Mayor uses AI to help organize business information and assist with supported tasks. Its responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts and proposed actions, especially appointment details, before confirming them. A proposal is not a completed action; check the reported result and the connected service when an outcome is uncertain.

Features may be limited, unavailable or under testing. A connected account does not mean every capability is enabled. The Mayor is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal or financial professionals. Do not use it for clinical decisions or submit sensitive regulated information unless a separate appropriate agreement and configuration have been established.

Integrations covered by these terms

These terms apply to current integrations and additional integrations we make available through The Mayor in the future. An integration is available only when offered and enabled for your account; listing a provider or category here is not a promise of availability, provider approval or a release date. Features, regions, provider plans and supported operations may differ.

Permissions, future connections and disconnecting

Provider sign-in and consent determine the access you grant. Calendar access is separate from email access. Only enable permissions needed for features you intend to use. These terms do not grant blanket access to future accounts, expanded permissions or new uses of your data. When a new integration or feature requires additional access, we will explain the requested access and obtain the applicable authorization before using it. Provider or organization administrators may also require approval.

You can disconnect supported services in The Mayor and revoke authorization at the provider. Disconnecting does not undo completed actions, delete all previously saved business records, or cancel your provider account, number rental or subscription. Contact us about account or data deletion and consult the Privacy Policy for data-handling information. Provider-side permissions and settings may also need to be removed at the provider.

Instructions and scheduled automations

When you enable a supported automation, you authorize the described tasks within its selected accounts, scope and schedule. Such tasks may run while you are offline. Review the instructions, recipients, timing, business rules and any spending limits before enabling them. Pause or disable an automation when it is no longer needed. A standing authorization covers only its stated scope; it does not approve unrelated actions, broader access or unspecified spending.

Review proposed consequential actions when confirmation is requested. A callback request is not a completed callback, an alert is not a guaranteed response, and a connection is not proof that an action succeeded. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check its status before repeating it to avoid duplicates.

Provider terms, charges and communications

Twilio, Telnyx and other providers have their own terms, eligibility requirements and charges. Where you use your own provider account, the provider bills you directly for its services, including number rental, calls and messages. Your provider sets those rates and bills your own provider account directly — MehyarSoft does not collect, add to, or mark up provider charges, and they never appear on your Mayor bill. Review costs before authorizing purchases or usage. Connecting an account alone is not an instruction to purchase a number or change its routing.

Twilio Connect may restrict phone operations to a dedicated application subaccount. Existing numbers in your main account may require a different supported setup. You are responsible for required notices and permissions when communicating with customers, including any recording or transcription you choose to enable.

Free and Pro plans

Free includes 100 assistant reply attempts (about 10 conversations, figuring roughly 10 replies per conversation) and 10 reserved app microphone minutes per business per UTC calendar month. Pro costs $14 USD per month and includes 1,000 reply attempts (about 100 conversations) and 120 reserved app microphone minutes per verified paid period, shared by the business. Failed or interrupted reply attempts may count; microphone startup, silence and reserved minutes may count. Basic saved business records remain accessible when an assistant allowance ends. There are no automatic overage charges. Phone-provider usage is billed separately by your provider.

Stripe processes subscriptions and audit purchases. Pro activates after payment is verified, not merely after returning from checkout. Manage renewal, invoices and payment methods through Plan & usage. Cancelling renewal keeps the current verified paid period available until it ends; access then returns to Free. A failed or disputed payment can affect paid access. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Contact us about billing errors or a failed service delivery; statutory rights continue to apply.

One-time credit packs

Either Free or Pro can purchase a shared business allowance for its current billing period: Small costs $4 USD for 200 reply attempts (about 20 conversations) and 15 reserved app microphone minutes; Medium costs $8 USD for 500 reply attempts (about 50 conversations) and 45 minutes; Large costs $12 USD for 800 reply attempts (about 80 conversations) and 90 minutes. Only an owner or billing member can authorize a purchase. Credits activate after verified payment and expire at the end of the purchased Free UTC calendar month or Pro paid period. They do not roll over or transfer when switching plans. Buying a pack does not reset consumed usage, create a subscription or enable automatic purchases. Disputes revoke the pack allowance; already consumed usage remains counted. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Normal service safety and burst limits still apply. Review the exact period end before checkout.

The extensive business audit

The extensive business audit is a separate one-time $330 USD purchase, not part of Pro. The Mayor collects available public website evidence and the intake information you supply, analyzes it, performs a separate AI review, and prepares a visual report and prioritized action plan. The report becomes available through its private receipt page only after generation and review finish successfully. Keep your receipt link private.

The report identifies what was observed, inferred or could not be verified. It does not promise revenue, search ranking, a compliance certification, a security penetration test, or access to private analytics. Do not supply passwords or sensitive regulated data in the intake. You must have permission to supply document links; public accessibility does not replace that permission. Generation can be delayed or fail when sources or providers are unavailable. Contact us if a paid audit cannot be delivered.

Acceptable use

Do not use The Mayor for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited bulk communications, unlawful activity or access to another business's information. Do not bypass usage limits, interfere with security controls or submit credentials in conversation. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms.

Your information

The workspace processes the information you provide and data needed for authorized connections and tasks. See our Privacy Policy for information about handling personal data and contacting us about your information. Only provide data you have permission to share.

Availability and changes

Third-party outages, revoked permissions and service limits can interrupt features. The Mayor does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular business outcome. The company Terms of Service address the broader legal terms. We will identify changes to these product terms by updating the date above.
